♠About the work:
Morrigan is one of the forms that the ancient warrior goddess Badb takes.
Morrigan, as all the Celtic deities is associated with the forces of nature, the sacred power of earth, the Grand Uterus from which all life arises and then must die so that the fertility and the creation of the earth can renew itself.
It is also the Goddess of Death, Love and War, which may take the form of a crow. In Irish legend, Morrigan is the deity invoked before the battles, as the Goddess of human's destiny. For the Celts, the death was not an end but a new beginning in an Other World, the beginning of a new cycle.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
